Dispute resolution
We always attempt to solve any disputes with our clients by striking a mutually beneficial arrangement. To this end, we will file for arbitration with the unbiased expert arbitration board of the North Rhine-Westphalia Chamber of Architects in suitable cases and with the approval of our indemnity insurer if necessary, rather than filing at the consumer arbitration board according to the German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters (VSBG).
Liability for content
According to the German Telemedia Act TMG §7 Para 1, we as a service provider are responsible for our own content on these web pages according to general law. According to TMG §8 to §10, we as a service provider are not under any obligation to monitor data transferred or stored or to investigate for any circumstances that may indicate illegal activity. This does not affect the obligation to remove or restrict the use of information according to general law. However, this responsibility only applies after we have become aware of the actual illegal activity. On becoming aware of such violations, we shall immediately remove the offending content.

Our website contains links to external websites with content outside our sphere of influence. For this reason, we cannot accept any responsibility of this external content.
