To keep our project and service quality levels this high, we have developed a quality management system according to the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001, a management system subject to regular audit and recertification by Bureau Veritas Deutschland.
The quality management manual for the quality management system covers every quality-related internal process and procedure at our firm. We are bound to these rules, which ensure consistent processes and structures in our daily work. This applies to our dealings with business partners and clients, and also our services at every phase of the project as finalised in our clear project documentation structure.

Apart from our annual external audits, our system is also regularly reviewed for potential improvement in internal audits with corresponding improvement action plans where needed.
