The division of the house into 2 residential units is retained when the building is renovated. The apartment on the ground floor will be approx. 80 m² in size, the second apartment will extend as a maisonette apartment with approx. 130 m² of living space over the 1st floor and the attic.
The planned construction measures lead to an energetic improvement of the building. This includes insulating the historically irrelevant facades to the inner courtyard, improving the roof by increasing the rafters and insulation, and installing new windows.
Inside the building, rooms are merged and new bathrooms installed. A balcony is added to the building on the upper floor facing the inner courtyard. A terrace is planned on the ground floor.
Furthermore, fire protection and escape route measures are implemented in accordance with the requirements of the fire service.
