The BMVI property consists of 12 individual components, with the main building comprising 6 components that are arranged in a star shape around a central hall from the 2nd floor to the 5th floor. The underground garage is located between the northern wings of the building on the 1st and 2nd basement.

our work

The building, which was completed in 1989, is adapted to the requirements for proper fire protection in accordance with current regulations. The flat roof of the Federal Ministry - after a period of 23 years in use, due to weather influences - is being renovated. The energetic roof renovation includes all roof areas of the administration building without the so-called extension building. The work takes place while the company is operating.
